We bring complex real estate projects to life by delivering both investment and quality management services. We specialise predominantly in greenfield developments and urban regeneration, with a focus on “out-of-the-box” initiatives and daring architecture.
Throughout our history, we have been involved in the development of over 20 million square meters of land, leaving a positive and impressive mark on the skyline.
Our traditional focus with a “design-build-operate-finance” approach and emphasis on quality tenants and high long-term yields. We own and operate several landmark buildings across Bucharest.
Rapidly expanding division with huge future potential. We are currently developing several large four and five-star hotels in partnership with major international brands.

We typically focus on mid-scale developments outside Bucharest, consisting of custom-tailored projects that present retailers with important and clustered access to major urban communities.
The medical care division is perhaps our most ambitious. We are now focusing on building large, state-of-the-art elderly care facilities, with the aim of becoming a leading regional player by 2025.
